If I right click on the device and select 'Trouble shoot' I get a message which states this device is not supported on USB 3, reconnect to USBĢ. I can see the scanner and can right click and select properties and interrogate the device with no problem. The Device Manager shows the device working properly and if I fire up the Control Panel and select Devices and Printers

I have connected my Xerox Documate 152i to a USB 2 port ( have also tried a USB 3 port All the latest windows updates are now installed. I have recently purchased a Dell Optiplex 3050 installed with Windows 10 Pro.
